Ambassador commission
How it works
The mission of Service Universe Ambassadors is to recruit new providers and customers. Some new members will be joining Service Universe independently.
All successful transactions are recorded in our database. Ambassadors will be entitled to a portion of the fees collected by Service Universe.
The commission rates will be disclosed to each Ambassador individually, and the rates typically remains consistent over time. Other conditions may apply.
You've been working hard, so it's time to get paid!
Claim commission
If either the Customer or the Provider (or both) were recruited by the Ambassador, the transaction will appear in the Completed Requests table.
Each of the displayed transactions will be included in the Commission calculations* unless:
Any transactions are newer than a waiting period (currently 30 days).
The maximum idle period has been exceeded.
The last Commission Claim was submitted less than 14 days ago.
*The Cycle term multiplier will be applied to each transaction individually. Ambassadors will be entitled to 100% of the commission in the first Cycle term, 50% of the commission in the second Cycle term, and 25% of the commission thereafter. The Cycle term is currently 365 days from the member sign up date. Other conditions may also apply.
Request payout*
Requesting a Payout is the final step. Ambassadors may choose to collect multiple payouts in their Wallet and then receive the funds at once.
Most Payout requests can be processed instantly. However, when the transaction total exceeds the threshold, such payout requests will require admin approval for fraud prevention purposes. The review may take 3-5 days. Other conditions may apply.
*A Stripe CONNECT account is required.
